Your Guide and Coach - Tom Goldstein
Tom Goldstein spent fifteen years in the technology and telecoms industry - starting as an engineer, moving into technical sales, and eventually leading international teams across Europe, the US, and Asia. He worked on complex problems with large organisations, was part of two company acquisitions, and by most measures had built a successful career.
But alongside that success, a quieter feeling had been growing for some time - that beneath the work, the travel, and the achievements, he didn't really know who he was or what he actually wanted. The kind of question that's easy to postpone, until one day it becomes harder to ignore than everything else. Eventually he decided to stop pushing it aside and start taking it seriously.
That decision led him toward coaching, psychology, and the mountains. He trained formally in both - spending years learning how to support others through exactly the kind of questioning he had experienced himself, while also becoming a qualified international mountain leader. He discovered something along the way that still shapes everything he does: that time in nature, away from the usual pressures and distractions, has a way of cutting through the noise and helping people think more clearly about what actually matters to them.
Today, with 10 years and over 2000 hours of coaching experience, Tom works with individuals and small groups in the French Alps and beyond, bringing together ten years of coaching experience, a background in behavioural psychology, and a deep love of the natural world. He works with people who are curious, sometimes unsettled, and ready to look a little more honestly at who they are and what they want. Whether that's a question about their career, their direction, exploring their own capacity and confidence, or simply who they are when they slow down and step back from the day to day - sometimes for the first time in a long while.
To ensure the safety and quality of this work, Tom is an ICF PCC accredited coach, he is a certified International Mountain Leader and a certified as a Wilderness First Aid practitioner. To keep up his ongoing professional development Tom is also a 200 hr Yoga and QiGong teacher, a student of Hakomi, holds an MSc in Psychology and PGDip in Behaviour Change, and a whole bunch more - your could say he leans heavily into being a life long learner of theory and experiential practice.
The Way Tom Works
A Modern Tribe Guided by Ancient Principles
01
Radical Simplicity
We strip away the noise of modern complexity. By returning to the basic elements - fire, water, earth, and silence - we create space for the nervous system to settle and the inner voice to be heard again.
03
Modern Tribe
Healing happens in community. Emphasising building a modern tribe - a circle of like-minded professionals navigating life transitions with collective wisdom and deep listening.
04
Sustained Integration
The journey doesn't end in the mountains. We explore the tools and containers to integrate nature-based presence into the high-pressure environments of your daily and professional life.
02
The Wild Mirror
Nature does not perform or judge. In the wilderness, your titles and schedules fall away. We utilize this neutrality as a mirror to reflect your deepest self-trust and restore your natural pace.
